Privacy Matters

As a condition of SCQG membership, please respect the information privacy of members:

- Do not copy or share the Guild’s Members list with others
- List is only visible to current, logged in members; if in use, you are responsible!
- If your Guild role requires a printed list format, please send a request
- For Guild work, contact volunteers using Guild email (e.g. secretary@scqguild.ca)

To Update your Member Profile:

Go to ‘Member Zone’ page (top menu)
See ‘My Guild Member Account’ (top left)
Click ‘Edit Profile’; update information
Click on ‘Update Profile’ to save changes
