In accordance with the Personal Information Act of British Columbia, the Sunshine Coast Quilters Guild will only use this information for the purpose of:
A – Maintaining a membership list for the Guild as requested by the Societies Act;
B – Distributing membership list;
C – Contacting members for Guild purposes.
Personal information will not be given to third parties without consent.

I consent to the use of this information as described above and agree that I will respect membership information of others and use it only as described for Guild purposes.

Please note that as a member of the Guild you are automatically a member of the Sunshine Coast Quilters’ Guild “Comfort Society” (at no cost) so that we, as a non-profit organization, can apply for and hold raffles (in accordance with B.C. Law) when we wish to raise funds.
